Winning the Drug War . . . for Real.

We've tried passing plenty of laws, getting more cops, cracking down harder on criminals, running "just say no" commercials, etc etc, etc. And it's still the same problem.

Why are illegal drugs a "problem"?

Because we choose to use them. Why do we, as individuals, choose to use them?

So if drugs are really a "spiritual" problem,
then wouldn't this mean that,
if a solution does exist,
that it would have to be "spiritual" too?
